My career spans 35 years as a managment systems consultant to both the public and private education sector, with 15 years inside FTSE 100's. During that time Alan has advised leaders of £4B organisations, Local Education Authorities and taught thousands of teachers and  trainers, executives and entrepreneurs to create Rapid Profit Improvements by integrating leading edge technology with game changing psychology.

My philosophies are built on the foundation of four core principles:
